Autonomous sonobuoy for passive acoustic monitoring

The autonomous buoy system for acoustic dual monitoring in underwater and air environments is an acoustic platform that allows the public to call to the sea and listen in real-time to natural (e.g. cetaceans) and artificial sounds at different locations with a phone. The same devise can be similarly used for applications in air, in order to listen to ambient noise consisting of natural (e.g. birds) or artificial sounds, for example in natural parks.
